Biography: (10/2012) Upon graduation from EHS, I attended Salem State College and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1966: performed military service (Reserves) through 1972; taught at Pope John XXIII in Everett and in the Wilmington, MA school system for a total of 14 years; and graduated from Boston State College (now UMass Boston) with a Masters Degree. I then entered the manufacturing sector (Jet Spray Corporation in Waltham and Norwood MA) for 9 years and finally completed my working career with the Mass Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) as Manager of Telecommunications, retiring in 2010. I met the love of my life, my wife MaryAnn (Maiden name is Boccuzzi from Revere, MA) in 1967 after leaving our first 5 year reunion party and have never stopped seeing her since and we married in 1969. We have 2 wonderful children, Michelle and Ray, and 5 grandchildren. After building a home in Revere MA, where we lived for 30 years; we moved to Topsfield, MA for 5 years: and finally retired to a Del Webb Community in Sun City Carolina Lakes, Fort Mill, SC where we are enjoying life totally. Neither one of us can figure out how we ever found time to work. Both our children reside in NC and our living in SC allows us to see them more frequently.
